Kids' Run for Nature

Kids' Run for Nature Dates: June 12, 2016 Event Time(s): 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM Runner kit pick up and check in begins at 8am. 1K run begins at 9am. 5K run begins at 9:15am followed by warm down. Website: http://kidsrunfornature.ca Email: kidsrunfornature@gmail.com Costs: $10 - $19 Cost Information: 1K entry fee is $10 and 5K entry fee is $20 (all runners receive a T-shirt, backpack, running bib, and participant ribbon). 100% of proceeds go to the World Wildlife Fund Canada to support endangered species in Canada. The Kids' Run for Nature is a 1K and 5K non-competitive "Fun Run" designed to raise funds for the World Wildlife Fund Canada in support of endangered animals in Canada. It was created by two Toronto 10-year olds, who wanted to get kids and their families involved in our great natural community by supporting the environment, while getting their bodies active and healthy.
