We work to restore natural areas through activities like tree planting, mulching, wildlife surveys, seed collection and invasive species removal. This week we will be focused on growing our urban forest through tree planting. We will be active outside, please bring clothes that can get dirty. Closed-toe shoes and long pants are required and a water bottle is recommended. Downsview Park provides tools, training, sunscreen and bug spray. All ages are welcome but all participants under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. .
