Kids Learning Code is excited to announce an experience that offers boys and girls the opportunity to learn how to use creativity to build an online web presence! The workshop will focus on the use of Mozilla Thimble, an easy-to-use online web making platform that allows for live previewing while coding. Workshop attendees will learn HTML and CSS basics by hacking pre-existing text, links, images, and videos on various templates, and then use their skills to create their very own fun business website from scratch (think ice-cream store, comic book store, or any other real-world workplace!).
