Did you know that 82% of pregnant and postpartum individuals experience loneliness? This isolation can seriously affect their mental health - and in turn, their child’s well-being. So, for this Maternal Mental Health Month, let’s change that, one step at a time.
Bring your little ones and come out for a leisurely walk, meet other parents, connect with host Sarain Fox, and build community together.
