The world famous eccentric Peasblossom has discovered a mysterious occurrence: once in a long while at the height of summer, a rare occurrence creates an extraordinary oceanic microclimate right here in the park. It is his fondest desire to share these wonders and highlight the importance of the delicate and magical underwater world that stretches across our planet to audiences of all ages.
