Wednesday, 28 June 2023 - Ace Hotel Toronto’s monthly film series 'Shorts In Conversation' was developed to create a moment for cinema and dialogue. For June, the hotel partnered with Toronto Reel Asian International Film Festival, to curate a showing of films alongside their makers to discuss the journey of putting thoughts into moving images. In celebration of Pride month, the screening focusses on queer Asian filmmakers. Works by Maya Bastian, Tricia Hagoriles and Tiffany Hsiung.
All films screening will be accompanied with open captions or English subtitles.
