Handel's powerful and passionate Messiah has been an annual tradition with the TSO for over 80 years, and returns to Roy Thomson Hall this season. This season, Maestro Christopher Warren-Green, who conducted the London Chamber Orchestra at the wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, will be joined by the 140 talented voices of the Toronto Mendelssohn Choir, and four outstanding soloists: soprano Klara Ek, countertenor Lawrence Zazzo (making his TSO début), tenor John Tessier, and bass-baritone John Relyea for this stirring and joyful concert.
