Along with other Beachbody trainers, Felicia will lead a fitness class featuring 5 Beachbody programs (Insanity, P90 X, Turbo Kick, Hip Hop Hustle & Piyo Strength) in exchange for a donated toy. Felicia's son was hospitalized for five days with a respiratory infection. "As a mother, I chose to support Sick Kids in the hope that these toys will put smiles on children's faces and be a reminder that they and their families are in people's thoughts."Participants will work up a great sweat in a fun group fitness environment and hopefully find their favourite new workout.
