Take a self-guided tour of the museum featuring the staff's favorite polar bear pieces. Come learn about the polar bear's diet and share with MIA's staff what you'll be eating this Thanksgiving. A full polar bear fur from the MIA Educational Collection will be on display as you test your knowledge about this majestic animal's habitat, anatomy and behaviour with a fun True and False Game. Children will have the opportunity to make their own polar bear mask to take home with them!Give back this Thanksgiving: Bring a nonperishable food item to be donated to the Daily Bread Food Bank and receive $1.00 off museum admission. Location:The Museum of Inuit Art at the Queen's Quay Terminal Building 207 Queen's Quay West York Street and Queen's Quay West Map to this event Public Transit:At the moment there are no streetcars running to the Queens Quay Terminal from Union Station. Instead, take the 509 shuttle bus. Get off at York Street (the second stop). Head south across the street to the Queens Quay Terminal Building. The Museum of Inuit Art is located in the Queen's Quay Terminal Building at 207 Queen's Quay West, Toronto. The Terminal Building is part of Toronto's Harbourfront Centre. The Museum can be found in the southwest corner of the Terminal Building. Our galleries overlook the shores of Lake Ontario. Access to the museum is through the Queen's Quay Terminal Building. We do not have our own dedicated external entrance.
