It stops at 5 vantage points featuring the dynamic forces of nature, industry and recreation that shape this landscape. It starts at the Cherry St bridge. During the Walk we observe the Port Lands' sights, sounds, smells and physical sensations at a leisurely pace. It is completed in two leisurely hours.​The Walk will be led by Toronto artist Lisa Binnie on 4 dates in September. It can be self-guided, too, directed by wayfinding signs and flags located onsite, and via portlandswalk.com This Walk is Lisa's MFA thesis project. ​She will be soliciting feedback about the Walk experience, and the Port Lands district itself. Location:Meet at the Walk's flag at the south east corner of the Cherry Street bridge just north of Unwin Avenue. Public Transit:TTC route: take the Pape 72 A bus from St Andrew, King or Pape subway stations. Walk from Cherry and Commissioners south to the bridge.
