X-ODUS & Crave

Kaeja d'Dance, in association with Harbourfront's NextSteps Series, presents: X-ODUS & Crave X-ODUS and Crave, a new double-bill delivering two takes on intimacy from one passionate couple, probes unsettled solitude and the attempt to reconnect. In Allen Kaeja’s X-ODUS, his “trademark stamp of hyper physical, high impact choreography” (Toronto Star) finds pathways and connections between five individuals as they struggle to find intimacy, vulnerability and depth in their fragile journey. To arrive, one has to leave. Karen Kaeja’s Crave inverts the beauty and chaos of intimacy in a telling duet of racing hearts that navigate loneliness, unsettledness and the hope that keeps us hanging on.
