Each looking glass object corresponds to a memoir, diary entry or artifact describing York in 1812. Visitors can align each looking glass to a specific view of the Spadina landscape and see an artistic interpretation of the same view in 1812. Experience the sights and sounds of the era and discover how the landscape and environment have changed over 200 years. Outdoor exhibit is free. Exhibit maps are available at front desk for $1.
