Fern Bayer is an independent curator and art historian. After working as a curator and consultant for the Government of Ontario from 1977 – 95, where she initiated many large international curatorial projects, she is currently completing the catalogue raisonné of the work of General Idea. Bayer will discuss the exhibition From Sea to Shining Sea (1987).
